"We reserved a double room, but when we arrived, the staff informed us none were available, so we had to use a rollaway bed instead."

"Had issues with the keys not working at first, so got another room. The view was great but room was ok, but the toilet kept running and we had a couple other issues with the room. Had dinner at the restaurant but waited over an hour for food and they weren’t even busy and the music was way too loud. Was tempted to leave just before our food came. Food was good but it took way too long. The building is pretty run down and needs lots of maintenance. Was a convenient location but would not say here again."
