We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and asked if we could walk to get some food and were told that it was not safe if we were not locals. And then they charged us $20 cash for two freezer burnt items out of the hotel store. A little disappointed.

The staff were not friendly or knowledgeable about the area. I booked a king room and got 2 queens. There was no pool or hot tub. Every light cover on our floor in the halls looked melted and the wall paper needed repaired. It was frustrating to realize, that it said on site parking when i booked but then I had to pay over $22 per day for parking.

I lost my food bag on their lobby sofa, as soon as I checked in around 9:30PM. Talked to the site manager who said would check with his boss and the cameras. Never heard from him again. Some of the housing staff were rude coming to knock your door at 10:30 am. Be aware of hidden cameras in disguises of smoke detectors and sprinklers.
