I made reservations in sept 202t. All was good. I called on Wednesday to let the front desk staff, know i would not be there til fri afternoon. Just didnt want to worry. The lady i spoke to on Wednesday assured me that i had ore-paid and my room would be ready fri. Well, i get there, they canceled my reservation. No notice no nothing. Invluding no room. Charged me for 1 night, and still dont have refund. I had to go find another hotel, which was double what i could have stayed at HI for. Hoping to get all my $$ back. I always try to stay with hokiday in express. This may change my whole outlook. bjm

Front desk staff were very helpful when we had lost all our luggage and showed up for check in after midnight. They found basic toiletries and brought them to our room. It was very considerate.

Decent room, but suffered in details. Fixtures in Bathroom were loose, shower shelf almost detached, failed in the details. Checkin was smooth, found a long 16”+ hair in the bed. Otherwise not terrible, but could use some tightening up.
