"We got there at 2:05 pm after traveling all morning since 4:00 am and we were very tired. normal check in was at 3:00 pm. The front desk advised that our room was ready and already assigned to us but they were going to charge me an extra $25 for checking in 55 minutes early so i took my family to the store and came back right at 3:00 pm. Then they charged me $10 for a rollout bed that was broken and wouldnt stand up. Also the bath tub drained very slowly and became very slippery once the shampoo rinsed off. Otheriwse the property overall was very nice but charging me an extra $25 to check in 55 minutes early and then another $10 for a broken roll away bed seems a little greedy dont you think. Especially when business seemed to be booming."
