Oh my goodness we LOVE this unique little hotel, we stayed in the large family style suite. It’s basically a LARGE 2 bathroom apartment. Huge kitchen that you can cook in, all full size appliances. Ridiculously wide bed. The room is directly across from a little pantry shop that sold everything from soda and chips to swim goggles and candles. A few practical microwave meals. And they charge LOW prices, NOT inflated hotel rices for convenience items. Many items were $1 -$3. The lady that checked us in was very sweet. The only thing would could ask for is a casserole dish and baking sheets. When we travel we COOK. And could have used those items. The hotel is on the Main Street that runs through pinetop, so there is road traffic noise. Didn’t bother us in the least. You can actually open the windows for fresh air, unlike a lot of hotels. All of the lighting had dimmers! So we could enjoy low warm light all evening. We’re planning when we can come back next! SO happily surprised at this little gem. A comfy 10!!!!

Rooms are really updated, clean and comfortable. The tv service is terrible as just ROKU and nothing else! Would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. Also no personal service as checking in had to call someone who had trouble finding my reservation. Would stay again for one night.

The mattress was good but it kept sliding off the wood foundation. I slept alone and it was always sliding a foot off the side of the wooden frame. No bath mat in the bathroom. Other than those 2 minor things..all was great. Staff was friendly and complying. Loved the full refridgerator plus table & 2 chairs. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

The mattress sets on a large piece of thin wood so the mattress sides on on the wood. Getting out the first day was difficult having to get over the wood or being careful not to slide off the mattress on the other side.

I’ve stayed here twice in the past with no issues. However, this time I only got 3 maybe 4 hours of sleep due to people above me dragging furniture around constantly, slamming and banging around till 1am, starting up again at 4am. Also had water dripping into the room from a light fixture. Otherwise all was good.

Great value

Stayed in single king bed room. It was very large, well equipped for my needs, and very comfortable. Maybe not a big thing for most people, but one thing I really appreciated was multiple electrical outlets in usable locations. Could have used a comfortable armchair; room was plenty big enough to accommodate and for me would make it more appealing as a place to stay for more than one night. Not new or ritzy, but also not old or worn. Overall a great value for the cost, which was at the low end for the area.
