The stay was great! The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The AC was great for a Canadian down in Arizona like me, and plenty of amenities were stocked! My only concerns/annoyances were that the sink pipe looked broken and the TV kept resetting on us. If I come down again, I will definitely book here again.

Pros: Front desk was polite and nice, went out of her way to give me sitting tips for the 4th of July parade. Location to the parade and nearby businesses was excellent. Room looked nice. Price was excellent Cons: during the parade cleaning staff took towels, but didn't replace them. This place takes pets, so some of the guests had dogs barking at other guests dogs.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, refrigerator was big enough to accommodate several drinks and food we were able to keep cold/left overs, there were enough parking spaces for the number of guest at the property. Staff was exceptional 5+ stars. My son forgot his iwatch while we packed up and the staff made a valiant effort to get a hold of me to tell us, they kept it safe until we went back to retrieve it. We will be booking with them in Aug.

Maybe upgrade the towels, other than that, no complaints! It was exactly what we needed. A clean and updated room with comfortable beds, a good shower and a/c. Ice machine on property worked and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. TV and internet worked so no complaints. Price was right and probably best deal in Show Low for a basic room.

Booking was easy with hotels.com. the room itself was clean. And the bed was decently comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful and nice. I did have a slightly difficult time understanding him because he spoke quietly and had an accent that I just had a hard time hearing him with. The AC worked decently. The only real complaints I would have, is the ac was pretty loud and rattling. And the towels were extremely rough. I would stay here again for short term travel.
