This is a really great property for the price. The family that runs it is always wonderful. It’s safe, clean and quiet.

We rented two rooms because there were 6 adults. When we went to check in and pay for the rooms the man at the counter never smiled, never introduced himself, never called us by our name. While we were there a customer tried to change her date he would not help her and told her to go online and do it. He made everyone feel like we were a bother to him. Later at night when we went to bed it was so noisy from the other guest that we couldn’t sleep, we barely got two hours of sleep and we had to be up by 4am to be somewhere to do physical labor. We won’t be staying there again. Motel six is our choice only when we can’t find another hotel. And what I just mentioned is the reason why. Most of the motel sixes must not like to do repairs because they all look like things don’t get repaired. If corporate owns all of the motel sixes then it’s time to redecorate and hire new managers.

The amenities were minimal but expected for the price. The room was clean however I did encounter bed bugs, the manager was very accommodating and made sure I got a refund of one of the nights I stayed there however I thought it should be for both nights plus my trip to the urgent care. Realizing it could have been someone before me that brought them, I felt the motel did at least try and make up for it.

Not clean. Not worth it

The checkin went ok although the man wasn’t friendly. The bed sheets and towels were horribly stained. The room smelled of mildew. The AC didn’t work very well. Our son wasn’t comfortable sleeping on dirty sheets.

The parking was easily accessible and well-lit, and the establishment welcomed pets. The other extended-stay guests were considerate and did not loiter. The television offered a good selection of programming. The hotel's location was convenient, being near a major intersection, though some traffic noise was occasionally audible.

Impressive BUDGET property

Top of the line for a Motel 6! Older property, but very well kept up. No frills, but everything needed; microwave, mini fridge and CLEAN!!! Staff was exceedingly helpful, especially Amiee (sp?). Lots of road noise, but that's not their fault. As an elderly woman traveling alone, I felt very safe, and comfortable. No grounds, but a great little dog walk area. My only concern was the linens were a bit dingy, doesn't look like they use bleach. But they were clean. I would definitely stay again. As a former/retired hospitality professional, this property gets high marks as a BUDGET property. I capped that because people expect too much of budget properties. Clean, comfy and affordable. That's it.

Bed wasn't made with clean sheets but the night desk lady was kind enough to bring some up and we changed the bed. Floors were very dirty and the towels were past there usefulness. Location is a pain to get in and out but it was the quietest night I've had at a hotel.

WE reserved a king bed on the ground floor and we ended up in a queen bed. It was not comfortable at all. Ice machine was broken down No food Stained dingy towels & wash clothes. I would NOT recommend and will never stay in another Motel 6 ever anywhere!!!!

Nice and accommodating!

Sunny was a very nice employee, willing to accommodate us to stay until 1pm for free because we had broken down in Show Low from Eagar and had to spend the night at the motel. Our mechanic came to the motel to get us back on the road which of course took some time and luckily they let us stay until 1pm so my kid's did not have to sit out in the sun/heat while they worked on the vehicle. Ron, the front desk clerk for the next day was also nice and helpful. While the floors made our feet black(lol) that was a small price to pay for an overall great experience. I recommend this place!!
