Surprising Bathroom-Beware Room

Almost no toilet paper in room upon check-in (about 1/4” on one-roll) That’s a HUGE inconvenience. Also, dirt and urine build-up on outside of toilet bowl was visible. 3 signs for Ice-machine/Vending locations led to locked-doors. Front desk then directed me to go to the laundry-room where the ice-machine was located. That door was locked too, and although my room key turned the lock green, the door didn’t open. So, ice was not available to me at all.

The problem we had was the beds. We rented 2 rooms both with queen beds and neither my husband or I could sleep the mattress was so bad and my sister in the next room over slept but had to take Advil she was so achy with the bed. How was it, baby?

Left after one day was supposed to stay one more day but wasn’t about to fight with the shower handle. Stayed there because ratings on your site said it was great!

What seemed different was on the 2nd floor was a very thick cushiony carpet, which help the first-floor people. Sometimes the 2nd floor noises at other hotels can be a problem.

The smell of the cleaning agent used caused me to have a migraine. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The floor in our room did not seem to be very clean. The desk clerk was very helpful. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty. Parking was easy and plentiful. We would come back.

The staff couldn't have been nicer! Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Complementary breakfast was excellent and more than I expected-hot bacon, potatoes, waffles and eggs with all the extras! The room interiors were clean, a bit dated and had a definite mildew smell, possibly from the rains the previous night.
