"First let me say we arrived at 12:30 check in is at 3pm so I asked if room was ready it wasn’t so we walked to town. We went around had lunch walked back it is 3:30now. A white woman was at the desk checking in I was told my room wasnt ready still. I asked how someone walk in off the street get a room when you knew we were here first. Finally at 4:30 the room ready it smells bad very dirty and flys in the room.phone not working so I decided we not staying in this dump. I was racially profiled I don’t appreciate it."

"Our room smelled like smoke and was musty, they did try to accommodate but the other one was worse. Our toilet was spraying water out of the top, and the bathroom was dirty. They came to fix the toilet but didn’t clean the bathroom. I even sent pictures. Staff was super nice and tried to be as helpful as possible though!!!"

"They staff is very helpful and friendly. A person knows that the pool needs attention when you can hear the frogs crock. But it was securely fenced off. There were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths in the room for 2 people. We had to get maintenance come turn on the TV. Then we could not turn it off with unplugging it. The light fixtures blinked. The bulbs needed to be replaced. The carpet was filthy. Everything in the room is old and needs to be replaced. If you have another choice in Helen take the other choice."
