The staff was very helpful — when my air conditioner wasn’t working, they immediately offered me another room, which was just as comfortable. The place is clean, quiet, and convenient, and it’s great that laundry facilities are available too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the assistance and hospitality.

The hotel was disappointing overall, with visible stains throughout the property. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a pleasant front desk associate, and the process itself was quick and efficient. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. Despite multiple calls to the front desk regarding the lack of towels in the upstairs bathroom, I never received a response. The most frustrating part of my experience was being charged a $250 deposit under the claim that I hosted a party which is completely untrue. There was no music, no loud noise, and only myself, my three children, and my niece present during the stay. I am still waiting to hear back from management regarding the refund of my deposit. Unfortunately, this experience has made it my first and last time booking at this hotel. Also management is rude and aggressive upon my initial call about my deposit.

The room was extremely outdated compared to the website pictures. There were no doors to the downstairs bedroom so we had 6 people in one giant open area basically. We asked for an extra blanket for the person sleeping on the couch and were told there were no blankets anywhere. We couldn't use the bedroom TV because the batteries were dead in the remote. We also had to remove 4 stink bugs from the room... It sucks because it is a great sized room for a family and a good place to stay. But the fact that we couldn't get a single extra pillow, blanket, or batteries is just ludicrous.

The room itself has decent accommodations but was fairly dirty. Paint chips on the floor and the floor was quite dirty. There wasn't much in the way of security because we had a extremely loud house party next door. When we called the front desk to complain they got around to breaking it up but they stayed around for quite a long time. Probably 2-3 hours before we could finally get to sleep. I'm sure the price reflected the quality of room but this was poor by any standard. If they gota good cleaning crew and had a security staff roaming the grounds it would have been a much better experience. I do not plan on coming back to this hotel anytime soon.

My 2 night stay was ok. We saw roaches on the second day which made the stay uncomfortable. When i mentioned it to the front desk person, she said, "Oh, I'm sorry". That made me feel like she didn't care. I will not return to this property...EVER
