Let me preface this with I have never booked a hotel and then not stay. This was a first and hopefully a last. As soon as we walked into the hotel, the smell of pot was very overwhelming. We went to our room and the smell was extremely strong there as well. It began to make us all sick. We checked out and left, we did not stay the night. I had booked this hotel because it had decent reviews. But I would never attempt to stay here again.

The breakfast, available only from 6a-9a, even on the weekend, and was unappetizing. No housekeeping was even attempted on our 3 day weekend stay, in spite of requests, The bathtub/shower drain was broken closing drain permanently, and not fixed when reported. The front desk was not attended more than attended. Overall no attention to making the stay comfortable or memorable for the guests.

Long Review: I was going to give 2 stars as a benefit of the doubt, but the dishonesty was down right distasteful. First night there, when we got to the room everything was fine however, I noticed the door to the room was hard to open. I didn't think anything was wrong until it jammed. I received AI text offering housekeeping as you have to request it or it won't get done. The next day, I went to shower and couldn't get out the bathroom, the door was jammed. Thank goodness my relative was in the room. We immediately went to the front desk to report. We were assured everything would be taken care of. When we arrived back that evening, housekeeping did not come so we didn't have any towels. I spoke with front desk in which both ladies assisted, one went to get towels and the other made sure that our room was listed on housekeeping for the next day. Went back to my room, showered and guess what door was jammed. Went back to the service desk to report, they didn't have any other rooms on the first floor, but they assured me they would have maintenance and housekeeping the next day. Day 3, we left for the day, returned for the evening and still no housekeeping or maintenance. I went to the front desk for towels and had one of the ladies come to our room to see for herself what was happening. She took pictures and when she realized we literally were stuck in the bathroom. She agreed this was unacceptable and would reach out to the GM. We were standing right there when she called an

The staff wonderful. No complaints. The room quality was subpar. Broken bedroom frame, iron board did not stay up, and there was no iron in the room.

Hotel was old and needed updated. Room smelled, burn holes in bed frame and floor. Bathtub was disgusting. Sink was outside of bathroom in a very tiny area to get ready. Blow dryer didn’t work. The area where the hotel was located wasn’t great and I didn’t feel safe. I will say the staff was extremely nice.
