The room was in good to fair condition. Linens and towels were all clean but there was some damage to the bathroom door, noticeable wear and tear from time and use to some of the furniture, dirt in nooks and crannies between the walls and floor. It made me not want to sit in the dingy arm chair.

Area felt safe and was quiet. I felt secure. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was clean, and not the "it's clean, but humid" clean. It was fresh, made well, quaint, simple, and highly effective. + Divided closet for hanging items or shelving items. + Mini fridge AND microwave. + AMPLE organization space between the desk, dresser/TV stand, 2 nightstands, and end table + Sink outside bathroom with 2 vanity mirrors (one with sink, one for makeup, etc) + Tub/Shower and toilet in 1 room. + Breakfast was carb heavy (with variety), but offered some fruits and protein options (eggs, meat, cheese). Plenty of condiments and juice with plenty of dining space in daylight w/ view. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

The room is falling apart including the faucet in the bathtub and the key scan that opens the door. It kept falling off. The breakfast had very minimal selections and all of it was distasteful. That possibly was the worse breakfast I’ve ever had there and any other hotels I’ve stayed at. However, the front desk associates were very friendly and accommodating. Their service was the best thing about my stay.

The LIVinn is our usual stop on our way to Florida. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast options are good. There are lots of dining options a short drive away.
