The hotel was on point. Clean, rooms were huge, bathroom were nice and big. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was so so hard. We woke up cause our bodies hurt. That was the only downfall.

Just a little dusty

It seemed like the room had not been stayed in for a while so the desk bench and towels had dust but everything else was fine. Bed was comfy and clean, no bed bugs, bathroom was clean, floors and mirrors were clean. Just a little dusty.

The rooms are not cleaned daily and I had to ask for daily towels and the hand sosp, body wash and shampoo were empty. The breakfast closes at 9:30 during the week, however everyone that was attending the Cincinnati Open were coming to breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30 and food supplies were low and the poor women that was in charge seemed overwhelmed trying to meet everyone's needs. Overall the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sink was clogged, the coffee maker not working correctly, no conditioner in the shower. The room was clean. At 9:05 a.m. Breakfast was almost gone, but the woman in charge of breakfast said she would make more, didn't want to wait and didn't want to make her make breakfast for 25 more minutes left of breakfast. She was friendly
