Just okay

The hotel was under a remodel and smoke alarms went off a few times and scared me and my dog. The room was plain did have a spider issue and towels had a few stains but were replaced.Breakfast buffet was nice. Need to monitor noise on floors a little better. Overall an okay experience but expected better for the price.

The dryer for the guests was not working and the hotel’s solution was to allow guests to use the dryer from the hotel service. So that was nice!

Good Stay in Mason

We were in a handicapped room even though we are not handicapped. We were told it occurred because we booked 3rd party. This created problems with the shower as water went everywhere. Hose cleaner did not understand English , but Front desk Service was quick to bring towels. Breakfast was ok and all other items were good

Excellent hotel

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and competent. One time, though, there was no hot water in the evening for the shower. But, other than that, everything was great at this hotel.

We loved having the room cleaned daily and new towels were provided. It was close to the Cincinnati Open, it is right off the highway and easy to get to. The facility is nice and close to some restaurants.
