I was skeptical based on previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived earlier than expected. Jessica checked me in and put me at ease. The only thing was my oven would not close and an hour after I mentioned it I had new oven in my room. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. Great staff that made me and my family feel like this a home away from home. Shout out to Jessica. I will be back when we're in the area again.

Room was 80° when I got there, had to call and get some code to change it. There were literal dried boogers on the bathroom wall. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Smelled so strongly of bad cleaner or something trying to compensate for a smell. Ended up checking out before the night was over and left, unfortunately had to eat the money.

My room had a broken TV in one of the bedroom, a hole in the wall in the other bedroom, the light over the shower didn't work. Told the staff and the light wasn't repaired. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 - 9, but the person maintaining the breakfast didn't come in until after 8. Very disappointed.

I went to Cincinnati for Kings Island Halloween haunt so basically I was just basically sleeping in the room and for that the room was good, however The outside trash can was never emptied even though it's flowing over and trash, my TV never worked even after I ask the attendant to have someone connected the next day it still didn't work and the oven wasn't cleaned, the shower at best was lukewarm but as I said I basically use the room just to someplace to sleep at so it I guess was good for someplace to sleep but if you wanted anything more than that look elsewhere

The room needed a lot of maintenance. Holes in walls, paint splatters all over walls, flooring tiles messed up, tv did not work, missing pictures with empty brackets on walls, and holes in lamp shades which were just placed on top of light instead of being attached properly.

Price was the only winner of last his hotel. Room temperature was great. Location to other things around is great. Room was dirty, carpet/floor had dirt and food in it. Stains on the floor and on the couch. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kid lay on it. Bed sheets were thin with no mattress protector or mattress pad. Fridge was cold but surfaces not clean. Counters not wiped down. Kitchen had no utensils or supplies. Bring everything you need to eat, clean, cook with. You need to bring everything from paper towels to pots and pans. Room checkin time was late. Breakfast- I watched an employee put un-eaten food from their plate back into the serving tray for others to eat. Hotel was understaffed. The staff we interacted with was fine, but limited in what they can do based on having enough employees working.

Staff took 30 minutes to check me in due to “computer problems.” On day three, I asked for towels and was told to come back in 5 minutes as every towel was in the drier. The pool was filled with disgusting water and was closed. The hotel overall had a unique odor that was not great. Breakfast was good- eggs and sausage and biscuits on day two. They ran out of biscuits on day one. There was a juice machine but it did not work. The water pressure in the shower was great and very hot. There was half an onion in a cabinet in the kitchen left from another guest. It was close to Kings Island, which was the purpose of my trip.

I got here at 6 pm. Check in is at 3. My room Wasnt ready. Off to a bad start. I leave, go shopping, come back, and while the room is ready, it looks dingy. There are stains in the carpet and the couch. There is also some gross stuff in the shower. First thing we so is try the microwave which does t work. I try different outlets and nothing. I call the front desk the staff promptly came and addressed it.

There was a lot not okay with this hotel. It’s not a hotel. It’s temporary housing. The walls and doors both inside suites and hallways are damaged. The units carry a urine order. Rooms aren’t properly stocked and we were there for the weekend and not cleaning. Not even trash removal. The security doors half worked and the building has damage. The pool was unclean and looked unsafe to be in. It’s not a problem that it’s temporary housing because there’s a real housing issue in Ohio. It’s the safety of traveling guests that stay there. Overall, I won’t be back.
