"Nada que recomendar….todo muy desagradable! Cuando tú ves que una cadena de hoteles tan importante como lo es “Sheraton” forma parte de una empresa, asumes que las cosas irán bien. Todo era como término medio, nada me hizo sentir a gusto y lamentablemente se siente desde que entras al lobby que el personal que trabaja no quiere atenderte bien, no le interesa hacerte sentir a gusto, atendido y bienvenido y que están allí porque no tienen más que hacer, se siente que no trabajan a gusto para atender al cliente, al huésped. Se siente que no disfrutan su empleo…esa fue mi percepción. Las habitaciones muy mal diseñadas y las duchas, son desastrosas porque el agua se desborda a la habitación, lo viví en la mía y lo observé en varias puertas de otras habitaciones, donde al pasar por el pasillo se observaban las alfombras a lo largo del camino hasta el ascensor mojadas hacia las áreas comunes…realmente desastroso. No lo recomiendo y no creo volver a hospedarme nuevamente en esta cadena…realmente terrible!"
