Waited in line 45 minutes to check in. Room was tiny and basic at best. No bathroom - water closet for toilet, shower next to WC, and tiny sink between them. Thermostat was so high on the wall I couldn’t see the display. Toilet sounds from neighboring rooms were loud and clear, especially when flushed, and sewage smell permeated my room at times. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but you have to pay for it and lug your bags a block away to the next hotel.

This place is a good budget option near the airport if you're looking to fly out the next day. The concrete ceiling in our room, as well as the shower being in the sleeping area, were a surprise. The reception and eating areas are clean and look nice, and the food was good. Know that they charge for their parking.

Ibis Budget hotels are the Ikea of hotel rooms. They are okay: clean, bed, shower, and a WC. Just enough floor space for your feet, not your luggage. The walls are particle board, barely painted over. It's a box with a bed inside. No thermostat, no control over the HVAC. How you can be an "airport hotel" and more than 30-minutes from the airport is beyond me. They share the shuttle with the Holiday Inn across the way, so plan time to lug your stuff over there. Staff was helpful.

Horrible experience , I had previously stayed at this hotel before and the experience was great and decided to book a night only for my sister and her two toddlers , the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, that’s unacceptable and should be investigated, I pay for a night and a breakfast buffet which it was cold and basic please save your money and book somewhere else.

I was waiting for 1 hour to check in. I arrived at 6pm, and there was only ONE person in front desk. Also, the “restaurant” is not a restaurant. The restaurant is like an airport fast food, and the menu was incomplete. And I paid more than $300 for the night!!! I don’t recommend this hotel.
