Unparalleled Experience at Swissotel Chicago! From the moment I stepped into Swissotel Chicago, I was treated to an unforgettable experience. The staff's professionalism and warmth were evident from the start, making me feel right at home. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room's design was top-notch. The hotel's amenities are second to none. I enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Palm, which served up some of the best steak I've ever had. The fitness center was well-equipped and immaculately clean, perfect for a morning workout. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every request was handled promptly and with a genuine smile. The location is also perfect, putting you within walking distance of Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and endless dining and shopping options. Room was a little outdated with shower leaking outside of bathroom from a bad seal had to place towel down to keep it from going into the room towel rack in poor condition about ready to fall off was really disappointed with the room considering the priced I paid for the room downstairs is very nice and guests services did a great job fix your rooms.
