The room was clean and the staff I encountered were nice. There was no hot water the evening I was there and the television remote didn't work. They switched me to a different room, unfortunately it didn't have a king bed which is what I paid for. Had I know I wouldn't have switched. There was still no hot water until the morning.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to shop and celebrate our Anniversary. We didn't anticipate an early arrival, but the front desk were so friendly and able to accomodate the early check in for us. Our room was a corner room at the end of the hallway with the most beautiful view of the city. This location is perfectly set in the middle of everything we were looking to do within our short stay. We enjoyed dinner and drinks downstairs at hotel restaurant/bar then walked to the riverwalk and enjoyed a few other stops along the way. We will definately stay here again!

MEREDITH

There are not enough towel hooks in bathroom. One small bar in shower and a small hook shower. As a result we needed new towels everyday. The top shelf of the vanity is not flush against the wall. So my expensive lipstick fell behind it and there was no way to retrieve it. Of course the lighting was so dim. Worse than many hotels. Perhaps some brighter light bulbs would help. The staff were lovely. Rooms were fine with the exception of the above.
