We had a great stay at the Sheraton overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only issue during our stay was the pool being closed due to an unexpected issue. While we completely understand that these things can happen and appreciate that some situations are out of the hotel’s control, it was still a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking forward to during our stay. Other than that, everything else was excellent and we truly enjoyed our experience. Would definitely stay again.

Horrible stay. Shower didn't work until the last day. Hotel refused to move us or comp all or part of the stay. Management was rude when we spoke to them. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Given the price of these rooms, this level of service is unconscionable. Senior management of Sheraton take note. We will share our horrible experience in every social medium and platform we can reach.
