I travel to Lincolnshire at least once or twice a month, and the Hampton Inn is always my preferred lodging. The location is incredibly convenient in general, and I love being able to walk next door to get a delicious meal at Big Bowl. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the lobby is cozy and pleasant, and the breakfast is always good. Best of all, they have the nicest staff working at the front desk! They're all super helpful and kind, but the biggest bouquet has to go to Sharon. If you visit when Sharon is on duty, you have just made a local friend who will genuinely make you feel right at home. Exceptional!

The woman at the desk was going to charge us twice for the room until we showed her our paid receipt. I don't blame her. It probably had something to do with your system. However, this also happened to us once before at your hotels.
