staff was good. The room was showing age as is the whole hotel. Internet access is very bad, couldn't get a connection for my stay, asked at front desk but not helpful. I doubt that I will stay there again until I hear that things are better. Too bad because I have been staying at the hotel for over twenty years.

We went into Chicago to go to Lightscape at the Chicago Botanic Gardens. The desk manager offered to drive us there and pick us up afterwards. He saved us $25 and made the experience so easy. We are so grateful for him 😊
