Clean and nice. Our fridge, in room 525 didn't even work so we had to take it out and plug it some where else in order for it to work. Please fix this so the next customers don't experience this. Overall, nice.

If you are seeing a concert at Allstate Arena, this is the perfect place to stay! The parking lots are back to back, making walking to the venue very easy. There are plenty of places to eat within a short walking or driving distance, and a Target right next to the arena. The hotel is clean and well appointed with the necessities. The breakfast is good. My daughter’s only “complaint” was that there were no chocolate chips for the waffles. ;) Parking here is cheaper than staying downtown and you can come and go as much as you want, but the lot could definitely use some maintenance as far as landscaping clean up, and the spots are really narrow. Planes coming and going from O’Hare fly fairly low right over the hotel at a pretty regular interval, but when inside we really didn’t notice the noise too much.

I love that this property is decent, clean and right next to Allstate Arena. The guests are mostly airport travelers and concert goers. Very chill. The rooms are clean. Remember to always tip your housekeeping!
