It was a nice stay with easy check in. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Sadly the ice maker directly across from our room was not working so we had to go up two floors to get ice. When I went to tell the front desk about the ice maker, staff were huddled at the front desk having a good time. It is.good to see staff enjoying each other, I just wish I would have been acknowledged instead of me having to squeeze into the conversation some how. It could have just been bad timing.

Everything about my stay was great until at about 6:30 am when a power outage set the fire alarm off, causing a fair amount of panic until it was determined that there was no fire. For the rest of the morning the power was off and on causing various beeps from tv’s, wifi routers, and a/c’s rebooting, hence no ability to fall back asleep, wasn’t able to sleep, shower, have coffee in the morning, etc. The place was clean, staff was friendly…everything was good except for the lack of sleep, ability to shower, etc. I think Hyatt should do the right thing and offer a few night or something along those lines. But they probably won’t.

It was such a wonderful experience. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. All the staff was very attentive to every detail pool towel housing keeping was so nice and detailed. Maintenence man was very amicable. All the staff made our stay that much better. We will refer the hotel to all and off course use the hotel for future travel.

Very nice place. They had the bed type that we requested, tv and the phone worked. Much better than the Hyatt Place located in Hoffman Estates. I would recommend this place.
