Great location for Wrigley Field and Lincoln Park. Safe walkable neighborhood. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff was amazing and helpful. Elevator wasn't working and we could have used a fridge in the room, but those were the only things lacking.

Half the hotel was under renovation so the service elevator or stairs were the two choices to get to rooms. Due to the renovation they didn’t have the room I requested for the first night. But they made it right and got us into the original toom for our other two nights Train stops just down the street. Lots of nice little restaurants right there in the neighborhood. Staff was very helpful in getting our reservation taken care of

Main elevator broken, had to use the service elevator when staff was available to run. A true inconvenience!! We spent more time up and down the stairs and were staying on the 4th floor! (Older, with knee issues.) - maintenance gentleman by the name of Ceasar was very helpful and kind!!! Plus, walking distance to many places. A lot of stores and restaurants around. Onsite bar/reataurant - great! Friendly staff, good food!

The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff were amazing as well. I walked up to my room to see a dorm size space (which isn’t the end of the world) with no fridge for my waters, especially for being one of the hottest times of the year. I’ve done some research to see if all rooms were like this, which I found you’d need to upgrade your room for basic essentials when the room itself I purchased was a couple hundred as is. Otherwise, the street was filled with restaurants and bars, which were quite enjoyable!

If it wasn’t for the staff it would have been a horrible trip. Rooms, hallways were gross and under construction, but not just a little, a lot. Construction teams up at 7AM making noise right outside your room. It was awful.
