The room was one of the biggest I've ever stayed in. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and curtains that open automatically. The bathroom was pretty fancy too. Everything was super clean and the staff really nice.

Our experience was alright, I believe it could have been better. When checked in, we were charged an extra $100. We didn’t know why and had to come back and ask, we were told the reason by for the extra charge by a different personnel, knowing that from the start would have been great. Housekeeping on our first morning at the hotel didn’t come back to clean our room. On the morning we had left a DO NOT DISTURB sign out but before leaving for the rest of the day we removed that sign and no one in housekeeping came back to clean the room. The front staff who checked us out were moderately helpful, they didn’t ask about our stay or experience. We had to wait 3 minutes to be checked out because no one was there attending the front desk. I’m not sure if they remove all shampoo, conditioner and body wash products out of bottles after each tenant stays but ours seemed like they hadn’t been replaced.

I was on a conference call and the hotel staff HAD to take down the Christmas tree right next me while I was on video and speaking. That could have waited. This made for a very unpleasant day. Night reservation man was very rude to my husband. Did not treat with respect to someone not familiar with the area. Needed to buy eye solution and was unfamiliar with the 7-11 after hours service. Night reservation man did not help at all and was very cold to my husband. Eric was great and the doormen were great. Stay was comfortable however both rooms were very hot even though we turned the thermostat down to accommodate. Maybe leave instructions on how to make sure rooms do not burn up during winter months. Our room was not cleaned our second day of stay. Not sure why but we had to reuse dirty towels. Still enjoyed our stay but will most likely stay somewhere else next time.
