It was very easy to get in and the interior was clean and beautiful. However, I had trouble sleeping in my bed (very little to no airflow in the bedroom) and would suggest bringing a bedside fan if you stay here in the summer. Otherwise our stay turned out great!

I had a great two-night stay at this property in Chicago. The bus stop right in front made it easy to get to Navy Pier, and the location was very accessible. I did not like the place because of two things. The location is lot the best area. The property charged me for an extra fee due to a major event two days prior to my check in. Unethical and wrong. For the cost I could have stayed at a better location. And the room I stayed had a gas meter that smelled at times.

The room was small but clean. The stairs were hard to climb while carrying luggage and personal items. There was no information on things like restaurants and shops close to the property. There was no information on the other party on the floor. There was only one washcloth & towel. Street noise made sleeping difficult.
