There was a bedbug on the bed. My boyfriend killed it and blood went everywhere. I googled it and it was definitely a bedbug. We had to change rooms at 2am. The manager still hasn't called us to speak with us and we were promised this over 2 weeks ago.

The front desk staff was terrific; very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. This is an older property, but well-maintained and comfortable. It is located close to O'Hare and has a nice shuttle service. I will stay here again when I return to Chicago.

The room was in good conditions, however the bathroom had a weird smell, luckily I had an air freshener. Also breakfast isn't free and the money you spend for it isn't worth it as it's just a buffet you'd get at a hotel that'd be complimentary.
