Staff was friendly, only stayed here because of family emergency involving my 21 mo old granddaughter being life flighted to Chicago. Room looked clean upon entering, and that's where it ended. Large dead roach by bed in corner by ac unit, husband killed two more large ones on kitchen counter, and one more before we left. Couch bed was broken on one corner, the main bed was very uncomfortable, half the plugs didn't work, mildew on shower corners by ceiling. Woke up the first morning to water all over the toilet seat cover and floor from the floor upstairs (vent directly over toilet). Wouldn't stay again, but it served it purpose for what we needed, we left at 11:30pm the night before checkout, I couldn't take it anymore. But it was there when I needed it on an emergency, and the desk clerk over night was super helpful and pleasant. Maybe it's because we were on bottom floor ( which I requested, being disabled) but if we have to go back up to the city, we will be bypassing this establishment for maybe one of the others in town or something closer to the hospital even. Overall disappointed. But you get what you pay for I guess. And we were booked for four nights, made it through three. Thank you overnight desk lady, grandbaby is doing much better, I appreciate you remembering when we checked out.
