The hotel smelled like mold and sweat , the carpets were dirty and so were the rooms . The elevator every night was disgustingly dirty . The room we were given smelled like sweat and mold . So did the hallways . The staff were friendly and nice .

I took this hotel on the basis of a fake advert in their name as it says by Radisson! They hv no conbection with Radisson and the standard is far from being that of a radisson. It is over priced , they catch you by free shuttle and free breakfast both not worth it as by taxi you vould reach a much better hotel than this…

I have many complaints I only stayed 1 night due to the smell in the room it smelled so bad like mold I went and bought incenses for the smell it did not help. I woke up with a stuffed nose it made my allergies flair up bad. I brought a friend who is very cold all the time she asked for an extra blanket we never got it . EVREY thing was moist the air the floors etc like water damage. The hot tub was cold like a pool. Also when you pull the sheets back the beds are dirty very disgusting! I was very disappointed.

The room had dirt and hair on the floor. The bathroom was old, outdated and scary. The water pressure was awful. The temperature of the room was either freezing or hot- the common room with the sofa had jo temperature control- had an oscillating fan hanging in the corner. The “blanket” on the bed was paper thin. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The sofa pull out was basically a sheet over some springs- awful. The mini fridge decided to defrost and we woke up to a puddle of water. Parking - good luck- shared a lot with Holiday inn, so you had to walk to a neighboring lot to park. We left our room for 6 hours and utilized the DO NOT DISTURB sign, when we returned housekeeping had been in the room and an item of my sons had been knocked to the floor, partially under the bed and was broken. We still had over 8 hours until check out- but decided to check out early. We literally couldn’t take it anymore. We did not choose this hotel to use for airport/shuttle service. We were in the area for work and honestly this was a horrible experience.

One of the shuttle drivers was kinda rude, and the room had a small spider. Other than that, staff was very nice, other shuttle driver was more polite, and property looked pretty similar to the photos.

Very convenient last minute hotel because our flight was cancelled. Just 10 minutes from ORD. Free shuttle, just call the desk and get the code to request pickup. Free breakfast, room was clean and dated but for a quick stay, just right.
