Our goal is to provide a calm, boutique experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect, just as you would your own.
• No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750). Front door RING camera present for safety and property protection.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
• Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee. Hourly stay past check-out without approval: $45/hr.
• Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas
• Please do not move large furniture or rugs. If our cleaning team is required to reset heavy furniture and rugs, an additional fee will apply based on their charge.
• If we do have to call a plumber due to improper disposal (ex. excessive toilet paper), the service fee would be charged to the reservation.
NOTE: Due to the vintage nature of the building and the high sensitivity to noise for our neighbors directly below, we have found that this space is not well-suited for toddlers or young children under 10. We appreciate your understanding in helping us remain good neighbors!
