First, the mattress in our room was absolutely terrible. My wife and I both woke up with significant back pain. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we could clearly feel the springs pressing into our backs, making it very difficult to rest properly. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations of a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this was not met.
Additionally, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The options were very limited, and we were told that we could not order more than one item. For example, we were not allowed to order both eggs and fruit at the same time; we were simply told “no” without any explanation or alternative. This felt unwelcoming and unreasonable, especially for paying guests.
Overall, these issues negatively impacted our stay and did not meet the standards we expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to ensure better comfort and service for future guests.
