Room was clean, they had food/water bowls for my pet, the location was perfectly in walking distance between the aquarium and the art museum, loved being able to use the bikes for a bike ride across the bridge.

Was not aware of New Year's party till we arrived. So roof top bar was unavailable both days we were there. No TV in the downstairs bar... so either had to leave the Hotel or sit I. The room.

Guy at Front Desk lost his cool and yelled at me because he had no answer for request I had for bottled water. Literally challenged me to come down and meet him in office for an altercation. I love this hotel but this was one of the worst displays of service I have ever witnessed.
