not what I was expecting. it had a smell of weed on the entrance of the building, and by the elevator, the elevator door was closing really quickly, it was about to hit my face, I moved quickly and hit my shoulder. in the room. the faucet of the bathroom was loose and came off, and the bathtub was dirty

The staff was amazing! They helped me with my reservation that had been canceled however the carpet had stains, room tile and tub is outdated and not falling apart. It had a smell to it. The toilet and everything around had rust.

Quick overnight ONLY

This hotel would be find for an overnight but for a couple day stay it was awful. The sign on the mirror in the bathroom states that sheets and towels are changed daily so we left the towels wet on the floor in a pile. Come back after a day out the beds were not made and the towels were still wet on the floor and now smelly. I went to the front desk and they said room service was only Mon, wed and fri and you had to request it. Would have been really nice to know on check in. So I asked for more towels because ours were still wet and they said they were out for the day and we would have to come back in the morning. The next day sat down for breakfast and opened the milk and it was chunky and gross. Turns out it was expired 3 days ago. To add to all of this the hotel stunk of weed everywhere and everything was out of order. The ice, vending machines, the wifi and the main elevator all did not work. To be fair the staff was friendly but some major improvements need to be made.

Not What I Expected

Wasn't what I expected from the photos depicted online. Pool was closed. Room carpet was sticky. TV channels sucked. Bedsheets smelled weird. Alot of dust. Behind the beds had trash. No vents in bathroom. More than likely won't book again.
