Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet and inexpensive. Stayed during Thanksgiving, therefore front desk and service staff were limited (had no effect on me personally). Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring 😴. Beds are on ole skool frames and the floors are wood, so bed could slide a lil bit. Heating/cooling unit worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows and a decent tv with "REAL" cable stations. Minutes from strip malls, Walmart and downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

They put my check in date for the wrong date. Also I had to wait 3 hours until I got a room. The room was not what I ask for Only got $11.57 refund , supervisor said I will $25 to never seen it. They wanted to send somewhere, I aaud no cause it was there fault. So get a star for being a terrible booking company. I will book though yall again

Hotel was nice as it's new, but the smell of weed hits you as soon as you walk in. The walls are not very insulated as it sounded like the people above us were rearranging their room all night. As we were checking out there was a trail of blood leading to the elevator. If I hadn't of been with my husband i definitely would not have felt safe staying here. The guy at the front desk was super nice, but I will not be staying here again.
