Guy at check in was super nice, our room was not very clean at all. Night stand between the beds had sticky stuff on it almost like hair gel. The floor was also sticky. Bathroom floor was dirty and there was water damage on one wall. The room next to us was very loud and we called down to the desk twice to see if they could give them a all to ask them to quiet down just a little, I didn’t not go down to the desk to ask because it was 3 am and I wasn’t comfortable leaving our room at that time. For the price we paid we could have saved a lot of money and just stayed at a budget hotel for the same experience. I thought staying at a Hilton it would have been better but I was wrong.

I’ve never been a fan of Hilton hotels, you’re really just paying for the name. The facilities at this location were overpriced, outdated, and dirty. The walls were paper-thin; we could hear a couple screaming and arguing until 3:30 a.m. I will NEVER stay at another Tru or Hilton property again. The only positive was the staff. They were attentive and provided great customer service. The surrounding area is nice, but the hotel itself is a hard no for me. We didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping under the blankets. Thankfully, we were only there for one night.
