The room was nice & clean upon arrival, had somewhat of a stale smell but nothing crazy. Valet & check in staff were welcoming and friendly , as well as the bartender. Only issue we had , a random storm hit CLT in the midst of our stay & the window was persistently leaking - the carpet near the window stayed wet after that.
