We were not told ahead of time of the additional fees that had to be paid at the resort - they apologized and said it was illegal in Hawaii not to be told of the resort fees when booking. The rooms, staff, resort was very nice but having to pay hundreds of dollars extra without prior knowledge was not a great way to start our stay.

the room was adequate. i think the housekeeping crew depends to much on the vacationers. our floor was not only dirty like food but also very sandy. the counter tops had crumbs on them and the unit itself is not set up for vacationers as far as utensils too many cups and little bowls you had to move to stock your food for the week and its very nice when you can find salt and pepper in the unit. at the Royal Mauian the units are clean and ready to use making it so much easier on the vacationer it was a cute unit though. your desk people were great but you need someone trained to man the desk when the desk person is on break or lunch. its not fair on them to take the brunt of people trying to check in and there's a note saying they'll be back in 10. everyone deserves a break. all in all we will be back. but these suggestions are to help. and you might adjust the amenities according to the length of the stay.

Great place. Apartment style. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs. Literally across street from beach. Midpoint to travel to different areas. Check out the Waldorf hotel nearby to hang out for the day. Def will comeback.

It's a close walk to the beach, and there are a number of beaches close by. Parking is convenient, though not right next to the unit. Lots of shopping nearby. Good central Kihei location.

A very nice stay. Staff was very nice. Get this - it takes 1 min walk to the beach. 1 min! Wow. Owner had chairs and stay was very comfortable. Parking very easy. The Vibe in Kehei is very different than the West side. A very nice spot.

Loved the location! property was nice. I had a 1 BR suite. clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. I did not like paying the cleaning fee $230, but having to take my own garbage out, put dishes in dishwasher and start. The fee was steep for not cleaning daily
