While being just a short distance from uptown, this lavish apartment resides in a serene Myers Park neighborhood. The place is right across the street from one of the nicest parks in the city, Colonial Park, which sports multiple tennis courts and a playground. Many incredible restaurants and specialty coffee shops just a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on premises.

Great location and host!

Perfect spot if you want to be close to Uptown but want some peace and quiet, it's tucked away in a good area, close to amenities and access to the city.Had a very pleasant stay and would very likely book again when visiting Charlotte. The host was fast to respond when I had any questions and very helpful!Definitely consider this spot!

Work Week

I spent the week here for work, and the property was an excellent choice. It's located near a Harris Teeter and a variety of restaurants, making dining options convenient. With appointments scattered across the city, the location proved to be extremely accessible and practical for getting around. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
