I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—it had a great atmosphere, excellent food, and made it so convenient to enjoy a nice meal without leaving the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Oh and the AC actually works unlike other hotels in NYC

The hotel was well maintained and clean, just a little wear and tear, and the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned. My room smelled fresh and clean when I arrived. The bathroom was small, and I didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and the staff were amazing. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I would stay there again.

The hotel employees are so loud. The reception clerk and two housekeeping workers talked loudly for 30 minutes in the lobby during breakfast, and the two housekeeping workers outside our room were also talking very loudly in the hall during the morning. Otherwise, the hotel is fairly quiet.
