We had a memorable experience during our stay. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast options are good. We didn't use the pool, saw plenty of other happy families enjoying their time at the pool though! Overall, a great value for money and we recommend this hotel for future upcoming travels!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The overall feel of the place is a little shabby. The staff however is stellar!! Everyone was friendly and respectful and eager to assist in any way they could. Check in and check out was quick and painless. I was in Charleston to visit someone in the hospital and didn’t need anything fancy so this met my needs just fine.
