The private beach was my favorite part. Great spa experience. Also Super close to downtown. But For the most part, staff could be nicer. The food was pretty bad. We only ate at the hotel once during my whole trip. Lacked entertainment and EVERYTHING closes at 12 midnight. Be advised, the beds are very hard and lack comfort.

I liked the evening entertainment, especially the Dominican Night and the Circus. The Tappanyaki restaurant gave us good food and a fun night. The room maid was very good and friendly. The room was clean, well lighted, and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and maintained well. There are three swimming pools, one was very noisy with a party atmosphere, but the other two were quiet and much more enjoyable for me. The Fitness Center was clean and had a variety of weights, treadmills, and weight machines.

I like about how the guys behind the counter , bar food truck try their best to keep up with the visitors.. they work the hardest to make it happen.. I didn’t like the way they manage the hygiene of the place , the restaurant and bars.. a lot of mosquito out of control . Came back with a lot of mosquitos bites. Plus they don’t refill the coffee or refrigerator on a day by day basic only when you get in..I wasn’t sure if to stay or just leave at one point I was ready to cancel everything and leave the place .. great job by Ignacio, Steve, dairy, and the security personal ..

I would not recommend this place it’s nothing like the pictures and the rooms are very dirty and they have a bad smell the pools are not very clean and the food wasn’t good. For our experience we paid too much for a hotel that we didn’t like.

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Extremely rude and disrespectful! My wife had fragments of a broken cup in her leg that was dropped in front of her by a staff member and they were not concerned about her and told her it wasn’t bad. There was at least 10-15 fragments in her leg. DO NOT STAY HERE! If you do, just remember I told you so
