This place is a gem. The chalet was incredibly clean and had everything you'd expect in a well-stocked home. We stayed during brutal winter temperatures (close to -50°C) and still felt comfortable and safe. The setting is amazing - quick access to Banff and Lake Louise, plus great trails right around the area for snowshoeing, skiing, and winter walks. The nearby gas station was also a big plus when the weather turned severe. I'd choose this over a luxury resort any day.

The cabin we rent don't look like the pictures. We stayed in room one. You can hear the noises of the other apartment. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, don't recommend to sleep on it. I didn't see the regular cabins. The place is 30 minutes from Banff. We saw better cabins close to Lake Louise.

Such a lovely place and friendly staff. Some people complained about the train but we loved it! We stayed 5 days and could have stayed longer. Don’t over pack because there isn’t a closet and the fridge is tiny. Everything you need for indoor and outdoor fires. There is a shop, gas and liquor store right on site.

Pet friendly! Elk right out the window of the cabin, lovely staff, cozy and warm cabin, hot water ready in seconds.... everything folded nicely, kitchen beautifully arranged and clean. Office has an amazinf convenience store = Wonderful! The mountains are a dream to wake up to. The stars are incredibly bright. Worth it.
