I love this small, clean and friendly hotel in downtown Cartagena. Better than a lot of "boutique hotels" that are pricy and noisy. Staff is very friendly and you feel like you are at home

this place does not fit the definition of a Hotel -it is an hold trash house with bunch of boxes called rooms. Do not Book and if you made a mistake - do yourself a favor and cancel your booking. Absolute trash room you will feel that someone put you in a dirty box. Bed sheets, towels old and dirty. Internet crap does not even work. Very difficult to find this hotel and staff demand more money if your friend visit you for a beer.

Quaint little place

Descent place, stayed one night with friends. Great access point for touring walled-city. We were able to come and go several times during the day. Stored our luggage at the front until the room was ready. AC rooms are a plus!

Terrible hotel! No Save (just a box), no shelves in room nor bathroom, no garbage can, no night stand, no phone, no WiFi in room, torn off bed sheets, air-condition isn't working, wait few minutes to get hot water running, 1 broken bed with separated bedhead, and 2nd bed just frame with mattress (no bed), no refrigerator, no cups

Great location in walled city of Cartegena

Our room the first two nights was dreadful, extremely small and we had no hot water. However when we requested a bigger room this was quite nic and the water very hot! So make sure you ask to change rooms!

Ok hotel near everything you need to visit in Cartagena. The staff willing to help you and go the extra mile for you. The location is unbeatable because in less than 10 minutes you can access the most visited places. This is a motel not a hotel because the amenities are basic and the rooms are dated. If you are looking for comfort this is not the place for you.

Love the location in the middle of the old city.

The pictures made the room look bigger. The staff are nice and breakfast is nice. So glad the air conditioning worked. Sink nearly fell off, and there were barely enough blankets. Would look for another hotel in the old city next time.

hotel was good. Great location in central Cartagena. We had the room in the front - at the reception and would hear very clearly all night people coming in and out, chatting, etc. Ask for a room in the back.

Its a low budget hotel

You get what you pay for. The price was fantastic. Just what we were looking for.
