My kids and I stayed in the La Mer suite, which was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. It was nice to have a living area/kitchenette to relax, in addition to the bedroom, It is located next to the street so you can sometimes hear music at night, which didn’t bother us. Luis, Paco, and Marcus were all very courteous and helpful. They made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast,which consisted of fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, toast, in the morning, all freshly made. My daughter and I really had fun with the tortoise who came to visit one day for breakfast. Overall, we had a nice stay and would visit again!

There was twonof us in the room amd on ly one towel. I have contacted the front desk to bring me towels 4 ! Times , and every time theybwere saying: "yes yes the towels are coming to your room.. for 2 days there were no towels. Extremely funny and absolutely not professional.
