Staff was wonderfull, friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer any questions I had and provided helpful recommendations. Room was clean very modern and up to date. We woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean and city from the room. They provided daily room service as well.

The room was spacious and centrally located. However, walking into the room it immediately had a smell like sewer and maintenance had to fix it. The pool and hot tub were great. The language barrier with staff was challenging at times. Overall nice hotel

Clean rooms; nice hotel. Only thing and it’s not their fault, the hotel next door has a bar disco in their last floors and they play loud music until late at night.

Lots of deferred maintenance here. First off it’s nearly impossible to sleep with the nightclub blaring music every night until past 2am. We were on the 34th floor (17 floors away) and it seems like the music was in the room next door. I can only imagine how loud it must have been on the higher floors. Our bathroom door didn’t shut, all the equipment in the workout room was a either out of service or 15+ years old, you had to take two elevators to get anywhere (perhaps for safety purposes). The food was just okay…nothing impressive. The building has lots of signs of needing update (rust all over). The staff was mostly nice. Our room was not ready on time. Very disappointing stay. This place is highly overrated.
