Linda estancia en un excelente lugar

Fue muy buena la estancia en Casa Pizarro. La ubicación es excelente si lo que quieres es estar cerca de la movida pero no en el centro y con mayor tranquilidad. El personal excelente. El desayuno servido por Ester y Ana delicioso. También Cindy y Lina en recepción nos aconsejaron muy bien sobre paseos y reservas. La habitación está bien aunque hace falta ventilación. Limpia, amplia y cómoda. Sin ruidos de la calle. Muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

I just loved my stay at this small hotel. The location was just perfect on a lively square with live music and lots of tables serving great food and drinks. The whole area was full of little shops and great restaurants and bars and felt very safe at all times. The walk to the walled city was about 10 minutes and very safe. Lots to see in the walled city. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was great with just the nicest staff. At the front desk the staff were very friendly, with Cindy helping us arrange our trip to the islands and making sure we had good safe taxis. She also gave us really good recommendations for hotels to stay. The atmosphere in the hotel was so nice as it was an old building that was well maintained.we very much recommend staying there.

Amazing Location for stay in Cartagena

Hotel Casa Pizarro is located in Getsemani, so located in an older building just off Calle de Pozo & the square. The location was amazing for us - restaurants nearby, but not as much traffic / craziness as the old walled city. We had a room right at the street, so on a weekend it got a bit louder, but nothing that wasn't manageble. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Cartagena! Recommend a larger room (ours was deluxe) - the regular rooms looked a little cramped.

El hotel está en un lugar ideal cerca de restaurantes, bars, entretenimiento en las calles. El trato de los empleados es de primera clase, bien atentos. Los cuartos super limpios y bien decorados. Agua caliente!!!!!!! Es un plus!!!!!!. El desayuno es variado todo los días y super bueno y las muchachas que atienen son muy buenas. En total buen hotel, buen servicio y precios razonables.

**A Perfect Stay in Cartagena – Exceptional Service, Comfort & Location!** Our two-night stay in Cartagena was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and safe. The hotel was extremely comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Despite its great location, we didn’t hear any street noise, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Plus, it’s just a **10-minute walk to the Walled City**, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. A special thank you to **Lina and Cindy** at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. They not only accommodated all our needs but also assisted us in booking excursions, making the experience hassle-free. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. **Estelle and Ana** prepared the most delicious meals each morning, setting the perfect tone for the day. A word of advice—take your time and enjoy breakfast! Estelle warned us that the excursions always start an hour later than scheduled, and she was absolutely right. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service, comfort, and a fantastic location, this is the perfect place to stay in Cartagena. We highly recommend it and would love to return. My only complaint would be the hard beds.

The staff is what makes this hotel special. They go above and beyond to help and accommodate you. The breakfast is splendid and helps you kick off the day. Another wonderful extra is the refreshing pool after walking the hot city.

Excellent service! Great location.

Small cozy hotel with a pool and a roof terrace that has somewhat view. The staff was AMAZING! We booked for 3 nights. First night we got downstairs room, view was to the pool and garden but people walked right in front of our window. They changed us next day to room 14 that had much more privacy, was more quiet and a view over the roofs of other houses. Room 14 and 15 would be my recommendation. Breakfast was very good. Lots of local fruit. This place is in Getsemani right next to a small square with couple restaurants. The location could not be better! Getsemani is more interesting, artsy and photogenic than the historic center (in my opinion) and it is about 10 min walk to the historic center.
