Amazing stay!!! The location is great and the view is magnificent. It was everything I was looking for in a stay. I had no issues with Wifi, TV not working, etc... Adriana was fabulous with the communication, however, Mrs. Leydi was the one that stood out. She met me there and made sure that everything ok. I highly recommend this stay and I will definitely stay here in the future.

The hot water was turned off. For the first 3 days I was just under the assumption this is normal. I finally found where the water heater was one day while doing laundry. The master bathroom never got hot water though. The property manager only spoke Spanish along with the people at the front desk. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again.

The location was very centric, across from beach. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Very nice apartment with a very beautiful view. The building is very safe, and the lobby has 24 hours security, which makes you feel safe. Check in was easy and timely, this was appreciated. Some downsides, there was no soap or shampoo in the showers. There were 5 persons in our reservation, and we only had two towels in the bathrooms and there were some other towels hanging in the laundry, but we were not sure if those were clean. The one thing that was not advertised that had a big impact in our stay was that there was NO internet in the apartment. We tried contacting the owner about this, but no response. We had to go to the lobby every time we needed to use WIFI. This was very inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and our stay, would recommend the description says no WIFI is available.

The owners made sure I knew that if there was anything I needed to let them know. The location was excellent with incredible views, especially from the penthouse pool. The apartment manager is available to help with shopping or anything else we needed. She's also an excellent cook! The sunsets were spectacular to watch sitting on the balcony.
