The Father's house has three floors. The first floor features a dining room, TV room, fully equipped kitchen, and guest bathroom with a triple-height ceiling and a spiral staircase that leads to the bedrooms and the rooftop. The sofa converts into two single beds measuring 2x1m.

The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with queen-size beds 2 m long, each with its own full bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury amenities from the Colombian brand FAUNO, made with 100% natural extracts.

On the third floor is the third double bedroom with its private bathroom, and the rooftop with its jungle-style pool and fountain, a chill-out area sheltered by a pergola, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, another guest bathroom, and a gas grill with an outdoor dining table.
