The old building is beautiful and the hotel is tastefully decorated The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and we enjoyed a couple of cocktails by the pool at happy hour The stairs to the upper floor are very narrow and steep. Something to consider for someone with mobility issues. No elevator Also I would not recommend having your laundry washed by their provider. This isn’t part of the hotel service but our washing was delivered very late and poorly cleaned.

Breakfast was simply but delicious and varied. The hotel’s location is fantastic; rooftops everywhere, restaurants, plazas, pharmacies, and shops, are all within easy reach. Love Cartagena😍😍😍. Great little hotel in the heart of the old, walled City. The only suggestion I would make to improve it, would be to say that the rooms need fridges!

Good location in center of old town, close walking to everything. However, the room we stayed in wasn’t very clean, reception staff (Natalia) was quite brusque when we pointed out pubic hair in bathroom - not cleaned, and had a bad mould smell. Ladies at breakfast anazingz
