Such a cute, quiet place! Room was clean and comfortable. Many places to sit and enjoy the view. Pool was well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Definitely dog friendly. Poop bag stations around the property and treats in the main office. Nestled on a residential street so very calm and serene. Will definitely come back!

LOVE Green Harbor. Our go to stay whenever we need lodging on the Cape. A bargain compared to plain in town motels, whether you stay in the motel rooms or the three bedroom cottage. Family style motor hotel, and on one of Falmouth’s shallow harbors with a deep heated pool, beautiful grounds, and attentive, friendly staff. Boat ramp and pier for say an 18 footer. Very pet friendly and would recommend to individuals without pets as well. One of my favorite things to do on the Cape is drink coffee on the back balcony looking over the harbor and listening to the birds in the morning, including mute swans, fish crows, flickers, Cormorant, and songbirds.

Nice location with a great view of the pond. Dog-friendly and safe for stays with kids. Would definitely come back. We had a minor issue with the mini fridge but staff came by quickly and solved within 20 min of reporting.

We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.

Fantastic service and the room was spotless and had zero odors. I stayed in a kitchenette room and it had all the required supplies and appliances which all worked. The internet worked, but at times it dropped, but I didn't really need it because the vuews were so great. About 7 minutes from shopping and 4 from bigger water areas. The water front is so nice and there is a short walking beach with a dock if you have a boat. I will 100% stay again.

I wasn't traveling with any pets, but I know they are welcomed. There were several pups just outside the pool area who seemed so happy to be with their owners. We had a slight issue with check-in, which was entirely my fault. I had the wrong dates in my calendar. On Friday, July 3, there were no rooms available, but the person manning the front desk (Sam) called to secure the last room at a sister property. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to go back over the bridge and endure more traffic both ways.

I should start by saying we travel to New England often and stay in family owned lodgings to support all business. The property is in a great location and looks well maintained. We opted for beach side room with two beds as I'm recovering from knee surgery. The room was small...walk in the door and into the bed. The bathroom was very small. In a word, the rooms are "tired." But matching sheets, new comforters, (not nylon feeling), fresh paint, and cleaner floors, a little wall decor would go a long way. We stayed two nights. Never again.
