"Nice pool but not always heated. You will need to visit the main floor and ask for towels everytime you swim or shower. No cleaning services unless asked and can only be done once per 4 day stay. Staff very proffessional. Fairly clean hotel. No bugs noted. Carpets in room not the cleanest and did find dark curly hair throughout unit. Does have laundry but only one washer and dryer. Walkable to walk of fame and dining. High traffic area makes it difficult for ubers and noise at night. Air conditioning nice. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as the hotels is really bad. Very nice hotel for the price overall."
