This hotel had everything we needed: clean bed, tidy room, well-stocked bathroom amenities, affordable parking, a great water and coffee station, and best of all, a microwave in the room! The only drawback was the shower setup; the lower faucet wouldn’t fully shut off, which affected the water pressure. Aside from that, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Not having a person to check you in is so bad! Felt sorry for a guy that tried to check in ahead of us, the lady on the screen kept saying "your card is denied" and it was heard by everyone! When we checked in, we were told our room number was emailed to me, well I don't have access to my email! We saw a delivery guy that couldn't leave a package because no one is there, sorry but we hate your virtual check in or whatever it is called.We have stayed here numerous time and won't be staying ever again!

Good coffee -nice for the Greek theatre

Room was large and nice. The carpet had large wet spots and smelled. Might have just been the wet wool smell. Other than that the air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room. I think they should leave the air on so the room stays cooler. We were going to the Greek Theatre so that was a nice place to stay. Good coffee

The room was a nice size with a couch and small table. It was clean and amenities were fine. The only wierd part was the virtual checkin kieosk and no people at the front desk, definitely a look into the future i am sure.

Have stayed before ,but this time no front desk you check-in on a computer with someone on the other end.. kind of different but it worked .. room are clean and inexpensive plus you can walk to grocery store in 1 block
